Elder Cash and Elder Brown
Our ward had a missionary activity for the young men and young women. The first week they got their calls (Connor went to Venezuela and Parker went to Peru) the second week they had MTC night - the third week was P-day and the fourth week was dinner at a members house and sharing a discussion with the family. Todd, Quincy and I hosted Elder Brown and Elder Cash. Connor went to the Clawson's and Parker went to the Tirado's. It turned out to be a great experience. Elder Cash and Elder Brown had been called to Ireland so we had Corned Beef and Cabbage and Todd played the part of an Irishman complete with the accent. We talked about Irish facts and then if the Elders could remember some of the facts Todd gave them some of the Leprechauns gold coins (chocolate of course) We enjoyed the experience and are grateful for those leaders who put it all together.

That does seem like it was fun for the kids. I just hope they do it again when my kids are older.
What a cool idea. Probably something they will remember for a long time.
That sounds great!! Send more info on that, Marcus always needs more ideas!!
It was an awesome experience! We have great youth in our ward-the young men who bore their testimonies sure had a good time and learned a little about missionary work :)
