Ahhhhh to be young again!

I had to post this picture and some of the thoughts I've had this week as my little girl ended her first week of Kindergarten. She had a great week and loves school. Quincy has been such a sweet blessing in our home. As I have watched her this week I have noticed some of those little things that make children so much fun to have around. I'm reminded daily how fast time flies and how much I need to enjoy the moment!

One day Quincy came skipping into the kitchen humming and singing a little song. So Happy. She got what she needed and skipped and clapped her hands all the way back down the hall. No worries - Just Happy
She turns 6 this week! WOW
One of Parker's 5 frogs he caught while fishing
3 boys home for lunch. I still love to see them as they come in the door!

I wondered what that was that Austin was cooking! Tell Quincy happy birthday for us. I love those happy moments too. Addi woke up this morning and was happy. She came up to me and said look mom I am happy and she smiled big. To us this is a big thing. She doesn't normally wake up happy!

Happy Birthday Quincy!! I agree - time is flying by. Seems like just yesterday that Holly and Quincy were babies. Thank goodness for happy girls. Let's hope for happy teenagers too . . .
